Matthew Raines is an experienced electrical engineer and embedded systems expert with over 20 years of industry experience. His career spans the design, programming, and deployment of advanced electronic systems across aerospace, defense, energy, and high-reliability applications.
Throughout his career, Mr. Raines has led the development of mission-critical hardware and software solutions for NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, including ground support equipment and lightning detection instrumentation for launch operations. His work has contributed to projects supporting the International Space Station, lunar exploration, and advanced weather monitoring systems.
Mr. Raines specializes in embedded system architecture, digital and analog circuit design, and low-power wireless communications. His technical leadership has been applied to lightning detection systems, environmental monitoring, and real-time data acquisition—key technologies that enhance operational resilience and electrical safety in critical environments.
